DDM type multi-stage coal slurry pump/DDZ type hydraulic coal mining booster pump

DDM type pump is a horizontal multi-stage sectional centrifugal slurry pump,which is used for long-distance conveying of ore or mine drainage,with the solid particle size of the medium not exceeding 2mm,the weight concentration not exceeding 20%,and the water temperature back to back,and the balancing device is cancelled ,so it is not necessary to configure an auxiliary clean water pump to water to the balancing mechanism during operation.

The pump's flow parts are made of cast steel,and all the wear-prone parts are sprayed with wear-resistant,so it has the characteristics of high efficiency,wear resistance,and long service life.

DDZ type pump is an improved type of DDM type pump.The pressure bearing capacity is doubled compared to DDM type pump,and the inlet pressure can reach 10MPa.Can be used for hydraulic coal mining pressure,the installation size of the two pumps is the same,the wear parts can be interchanged,and the effect of machine for multiple purposes can be achieved.The pump can work continuously for 5000 hours under harsh water quality conditions(solid particles 30g/L.Inner<0.5mm).
